Never fear, James Bond is here. Don’t think that was a line in any of the movies but now I have 23 of them in this nifty box set I can quickly check that.  After a few hours of watching the movies that is. But any way, he's got a license to kill, I've got a license to review! Let's see what happens when I put Bond in my sights. Erm..... second thoughts, let's not point anything at that man.

So today I'm continuing my look at weapons of the old world, or rather wooden version of them as today I'm going to show you a few more examples of wooden swords that you can find at Amazon. And all other good online shopping retailers. Probably. Are they any good as practise weapons so you don't get hurt or are they better suited for cosplaying or maybe even larping? Who likes railways? Who likes model railways? Allllllll aboard! Sir Nigel Gresley may not have been the father of the steam engine but certainly some very good contributions to the development of the steam engine. Hornby have gathered four of his engines into this special collection of electric models that even the most casual fan of railways and engines will enjoy as much as the most hardcore collector. Decked out in the their classic LNER livery, these four engines are beautiful examples of model railway engines, rich in detail, and ready to go straight from the box, so long as you have track already laid out and a control bloc, because these don't come with either, nor do they have any carriages or trucks to pull or shunt either. Not all the way back to my very first video, not that old, and that's on a different subject all together, but still certainly a golden oldie, in which I take a good look over some figures from The English Heritage gift shops from a few trips to some of their castles. Knights on foot, Knights on horseback, archers, footmen, oh, and a King! There's a pretty good selection going there methinks my liege, and that was but the tip of the proverbial iceberg. Ahhh, the Witcher 3, certainly a game I've been wanting to get my hands on for awhile. and the game is good. Very, very good. But how does the DVD boxset measure up?

So, I've a new video  up today, I posted it a few hours ago and meant to write this blog about it, but life interrupted and I got sidetracked with a few delicious message from a girl on a dating app I'm using at the moment. Hmm, might want to review the dating app at some point, it's not Tinder, but it's somewhat similar. Anyhow, back to the blog proper. Well, for the last few years I've been living in what was my grandparents house, and I've been slowly redecorating a room at a time, most of their things I keep stored in the front bedroom in various boxes and old furniture, wardrobes desks and so on, the room looked like a time capsule of 1950's Britain, post world war two furniture that looks so totally different to the stuff you get today. And now I'm in the process of trying to redecorate the front bedroom, and going through their things and seeing what I would want to keep, either because it's practical or has sentimental value and what can ...
