No Formal Training

Want to really vary your workout? Want to take up some form of physical exercise? Wondering just the hell that thing is in the thumbnail? Well, if the answer to that second question is something along the lines of yes, you might want to skip this one, but feel free to watch the video to get some idea of what this is all about. This is one of two exercise based videos I shot back to back, this was the second I shot, but I'm putting it up now as the other one is still being edited as it's proving to be... a bit of a pain. So let's take another look at one my most used pieces of equipment, something I use in almost every youtube video I've made since I got it. Yeaup, this weeks deja review we fix my camera to my OTHER tripod and look at my regular tripod, the Veolbon DF-41.

So I went and joined up with the National Trust, and much to my surprise I got given quite the members joining pack on the spot! But what do you get in all this lovely brown packaging before you get the actually membership card?

Marks and Spencer is a British shopping outlet type shop type thing, that is known for high quality, high priced goods, and they've not been in the best financial position over late over the last decade or so. But they still have a certain hold on the market and in the collective mindset of the UK population so let's take a look at one of their ready meals, a Lincolnshire sausage cobbler no less?
