Hybrid Resistance Band Review There must be a blue moon, New Video Time! The events of 2020 and 2021 have been a weird and unsettling time for all of us, and I'm not going to dwell on those events right now, we all know what is going on and that needs no further mention right now. When it's all inevitably been forgotten about, beyond a historical footnote THEN I might feel otherwise, but right now, I just want to offer an option to people wanting to work on their fitness at home during lockdown, isolation and shielding. I for one am quite low on energy and feel exhausted all the time, so working out with weights, even my home set, is not exactly an easy task right now.
